    Once payment has been made, kindly email your proof of payment to sales@tspoon.co.za. Your order will be processed only after proof of payment has been received, and it will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

    – Orders not paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.

    – If your order exceeds 25kg, a separate invoice for any additional delivery charges will be sent. Shipping will only proceed once these charges have been settled.
